have decided that we want to get out of the city on august weekends and have found a place to rent. place is small, no other renters for summer (per vrbo.com), how much would you try to negotiate down the price? it isn't in a "hot" area but has a lot of amenities (gated community) [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
