DB has ZERO schedule. naps 2-3 times/day. long drive into nearby city for errands. how do i arrange for a helper to meet at the house when our days are unpredictable?? help, please! [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

How old is db? You can start to get onto a schedule tomorrow if you want. What is the current rhythm that you are in and maybe people can tell you what kind of schedule they have for db of that age with similar number of naps. [ Reply | More

he's 1 yr; he doesn't do CIO and i cannot get him on a schedule. especially b/c DH wakes him up early when going to work - 5:30 AM. so DB is tired during day. [ Reply | More

np: you can get a schedule going without cio. sounds like he gets up at about the same time every day - most 1 yos take 2 naps - so do whatever you do to get him to sleep at around 9:30 and then again around 2 - then pick a bedtime. he will fall into roughly that schedule within a week or so [ Reply | More
