Anyone have any warnings about taking fenugreek for milk production? Need to up my supply so I can both feed and pump for bottles. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I used to make a tea for my wife. It was fenugreek, dried cranberries, cinnamon sticks, cloves, orange zest and maple sugar. I have no illusions that the tea did anything to increase production but she loved that I did it so... (This recipe was trial and error and the combination I came up with that tasted the least like ass. Fenugreek is not a very good taste for tea.) [ Reply | More
