anyone on with an au pair? All other things being equal, would it be better to have one that was 19 or 24?? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

remember an au pair isn't trained in baby care, some think they are coming here to see the sights and hang out, if you are getting one id go with the 24yr old [ Reply | More
