if you supplement formula while you are bfing, how do you maintain supply? I was having low supply issues so I supplemented, but am I making my supply even lower? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

The less your dc nurses from you the less you will produce. It takes a few days for the supply to increase again if you go back to ebf. If you are happy with what you are doing then I'd continue and not worry. [ Reply | More
