^^^ I am a manhattan realtor and if you want to sell your apartment at the best price possible, hire an experienced broker who works with at Corcoran or Douglas Elliman. Get it priced properly and marketed properly. You are setting yourself up for disaster and by the summer the market will be dead and your listing wil be stale stale stale [ Reply | More
