I say modest cause our budget is small. Well the commute issue will be for hubby mostly. He works in Williamsburg, brooklyn. I don't want to go too far into jersey and it seems like we are priced out of North Jersey? [ Reply | More

lots do it into the city , but WBurg, could be a deal breaker, I agree, depending on how easy it is to get there from Port Authority. But good schools, nice community and varied, but very well maintainied housing stock. [ Reply | More
