got it Friday. Rejected from our zoned school and every other one. No sib. We just moved to Park Slope (in time for the application process) and it looks like dd will go to private pre-k in Chelsea for another year. Can't even find a place for her in a local private. Need after-school care too which our zoned public had. Poor kid, one more year of a 1 hour commute each way. [ Reply | More

I have kind of been on the fence about the cheating thing, but when you see it in dollars and sense like that & you are the one paying the $$ for another year of PreK that is pretty bad. We thought of cheating w/ 321, but I am really glad we aren't I think I would feel weird for all those years... [ Reply | More
