going to buy a new coffee pot today - grind and brew or just a regular coffee brewer - and cuisenart or kitchen aid? TIA [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I personally did not like the grind n' brew. The grinder sounds like a jet engine going off and is hard to clean. I also had to use a lot more coffee to get the same strength I was used to. I went back to my old Krups machine plus a separate grinder. [ Reply | More

i got a cuisinart maker with carafe. i rarely grind my own, so didn't bother. i love the fact that has the carafe and a timer so that coffee is waiting for me in the am. [ Reply | More

Our Cuisenart works well. I don't like the gringd and brew--difficult to clean, grinds get into coffee, plus I just buy the coffeee ground now. [ Reply | More
