Kind of bummed. BF came with me this weekend to visit my family for the long holiday weekend. It was a big step in our relationship and was the first time he was around DC for an overnight. (dc didn't know we were even sleeping in the same room) anyway, i feel as though i include him in all aspects of my life (my family, my friends, etc) and he doesn't include me in his. He is not a very social person, a total introvert, and isnt really a joiner in that sense. Anyway, i thought this was a big step. In the car ride home, he decides next weekend he is going to go away to a house he owns that he hasn't been to since his marriage ended. he didn't even ask if i would be interested in going up with him. i guess its a personal issue that he needs space to himself for, but what a bummer after i just had him with my entire family.
