I've done it maybe 4 times. Starting with my dd at 1yr old. Not a disaster at all. Always had a good time. The disney cruise is the best for kids and families (imo). The kids camp on Disney was fabulous and the nursery was great too. I heard NCL also has a great kids camp. I personally didn't care for the kids camp on Carnival (my dd didn't care for it) but it was ok. I guess we were spoiled from the Disney Cruise kids camp [ Reply | More ]

I did Disney cruise with my 3.5yo and 18mo years ago and it was great, the nursery and kids camp were great. Last year we did a 10-night cruise on Norwegian and I highly recommend it, the kids camp was amazing and both dc's loved it so dh and I had plenty of time to hit the gym, spa, eat out, etc. [ Reply | More ]

I never did with my kids but RCCL is great. I would just check out on their website at what ages their camps start. I've heard some lines like Princess don't have anything for kids under the age of 5. [ Reply | More ]

no- they start super early (one reason my dad booked them for us). They can go at 3 if potty trained. [ Reply | More ]
