I'm a freelance magazine writer, and am coming to conclusion I hate what I do for a living. Not helpful when I'm a week overdue on an article. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Because it's hard as a freelancer to balance the work load and also it's hard to say no to the money/contact, etc. Instead of packing it all in, I would maybe think about the focus of the articles that you're most interested in. There's plenty of work out there if you're good. But part of being good is being on time. So do yourself a favor and just finish this one already. In the end, it never takes as long as the block does. [ Reply | More

Don't be hard on yourself. Just pick two things to do and do them by the end of the night. I've been where you are a million times. Just pick two. And not your biggest things so you fail. Just get two regular things that need to get done, done. GL. [ Reply | More
