my 10 mo has been eating all kinds of new foods which is great but sometimes he gets not constipated...but he'll poop few times within an hour or so, and it's hard and stinky. He's eating tons of basic foods but really no veggies or fruit (except for his stage 2 foods) any tips? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Op-thanks. I'm trying and I know that's probably the solution. Esp b/c he eats fiber foods like cheerios and you need water to make it all go through! [ Reply | More ]

oh - by all means! at 10 mo they can eat just about any kind of cooked veggies and fruits. mashed pears, peas, carrots, sweet potatos, etc. you can just steam them until tender and put them in the blender or mash with a fork. Super Baby food is a great book for tips on this. [ Reply | More ]
