i'm really upset. i am sure that 3yo has asthma, it's pretty clear to me now. i am really angry and feel like we should have moved out of the city a long time ago bcs this would never have happened i'm sure. i really feel horrible and so so sad. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

living in the city does not cause asthma. It might make it worse in certain people depending on what triggers it for them, but it does not cause it. Stop beating yourself up! [ Reply | More

i sort of understand how you are feeling. my dd has food allergies and i was really upset when we found out. but i don't really believe that it's anything i did. your 3yo might have asthma and it's possible it is exacerbated by the area you are living in. but really. it's not the cause.
