P/T nanny won't work full time for us because she likes other family she works for but I need full time now. She won't work full time for other family for same reason. Should I tell her to go work for other family and find someone else? I feel so bad for my kids because she has been with us since they were born and they really love her. What if she just worked for us one afteroon per week to see kids and I hired someone else FT? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
