Is there anyone interested in renting a one-bedroom apartment on West 16th Street that is zoned for both PS 41 AND PS 3 for the purpose of having a legitimate address so your child(ren) could go to either of those excellent schools? Would make a great pied a terre, au pair home or office...Please pass on info. if you know someone desperate to get into either of those schools. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

You must not live in district 2. There are two schools for this particular zone. 41 and 3. 3 was started by a group of parents that didn't want the traditional tone of 41. They are both excellent. You used to be able to choose which one you wanted, but as of this year, there is a lottery that will assign you one or the other. [ Reply | More
