What do you think of this? Last month my bathroom tile was delivered. I paid everything in full gave them the check it was a done deal. Last week I realized that they did not give me a break down of the freight charges which I had paid$100 for. I also paid $125 for delivery. They sent me a fax telling me that I actually owe them more money another $80. I find this incredibly rude and unprofessional. I paid everything in full upon receipt now after a month they want more money? What kind of business is this? I realize now why they have such a bad reputation for customer service. I have the invoice that was given to the contracter that says COD, the balance and date of delivery. I have a copy of the check for the exact amount that was requested and paid. [ Reply | More
