I have a dress that i would like to do quite a bit altering to, adding a slip to it, hemming and changing the bodice. can you recomend a tailor? pref UWS or UES. Thanks [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Leung's on Lex/92 (across from the Y) -- they can definitely do this and their prices are reasonable. Rivington Tailor on the LES (Rivington/Orchard) can also do it and will be cheaper (but it's a schlep if you're not in the area). [ Reply | More
