Why is it the fruit in the grocery store, say Food Emporium, is so expensive and mediocre, yet the fruit at the carts run by the Pakistani men on the sidewalk is half the price and great quality? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

the fruit cart guys buy the ripe stuff that has a short shelf life, which is good for them because they need to turnover for inventory. Grocery Stores can't buy that cause they usually need to store it for a while. [ Reply | More ]
