Is it unhealthy for the ph of my vagina to douche with baking soda and water? My vagina is acidic and I read that this douche will make it more alkaline since we are ttc. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

i was once able to stave off a yeast infection in its very early stages with a vinegar and water douche, but really I think they're horrible for you and can only cause more problems. i might try to attack any discomfort you're having with changing your diet instead. [ Reply | More
