Miscarriage:6wks and started spotting last night. still no heavy bleeding today. when will a pg test show -ve if I'm really having a m/c? Can I test now? Don't want a false +ve if it's a m/c - it'll be too hard to keep hoping...Tia [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Sorry. It might be nothing. I wouldn't use a pg test b/c it might not tell you anything. In other words, if it is a m/c, it might take a few days for your hormones to crash all the way down, and testing now would not be reflective of what is actually happening. But it might just be spotting, which many women have. I would call your OB and see if you can get u/s this weekend. [ Reply | More
