may i please have some advice. i am currently fatter than i should be. i am trying to lose about 20 lbs (5'4" and around 140). what are people like me wearing on the weekends that is comfortable and looks nice. too fat right now for yoga pants and tee shirts; i have now idea. at least in the winter, i could cover up with big sweater. even my jeans look crappy. sigh. tia [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I'm having this problem, too! Same stats -- and am now down to 134, but still flabby and clothes are still tight. Have a few outfits that work -- mostly flowy tops with jeans, but it's still tough (and these are old tops -- I haven't seen much in the stores right now that would work, b/c you don't want something too flowy). Favorite is a last season top by Vince with a pair of straight jeans -- but I can't wear that everyday! [ Reply | More ]
