Do hardwood or bamboo floors downstairs increase the value of a house? I plan to put them in our new house out of personal preference, but would love to know that it also increases the value to others. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I mean a two story house, so it would be living, dining, hall and family room, not sure about kitchen which has new tile. Thanks. [ Reply | More ]
