My 21 mo niece is already pointing to letters and saying what they are. Is that super-early? If so, does that mean she'll likely read early? Just curious. My DC didn't do that until closer to 3 yo. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I dont think it related to reading early necessarily. older DS knew all letters by 2, but didnt read to kindergarten (5). I've heard that something just has to "kick in" [ Reply | More ]
