my husband yelled at me in front of my parents. this is the last straw. I can't take itanymore. I think I need to start thinking divorce [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

depends on the kind of yelling - if he called you a c--t, for e.g., maybe you should think of leaving for the day and leaving him along to tend w/ the db (assuming he's emotionally stable enough to do so?). hoestly, having him take care of the baby on his own will make him respect you so much more. I don't think it "depends" on the kind of yelling or whether or not he called her names. A spouse should NEVER yell at his or her partner in front of other people (this includes your children). Now, a frustrated snap is different than a sustained beration, but neither is acceptable. [ Reply | More
