I am starting to think about toilet training. Are those pottys really nasty? I always thought that I would put db on a seat on the toilet. I'm not too sure what is the best way. Suggestions would help. TIA. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Try the Baby Bjorn seat and stool. So much easier if they go right on the toilet. [ Reply | More ]

i just finished potty training. thought I could skip the chair, but in the beginning for my dd, it was difficult for her to sit well enough (safely) on the insert that goes on the toilet seat. she would squirm and it would come undone, practically making her fall off the toilet and scaring her. So i switched back to the chair and she loved it, much more comfortable. didn't love cleaning it. but i don't feel it's any worse then cleaning a dirty diaper. I kept trying to reintroduce the seat and eventually she was much better and now only goes on the big toilet. she is 2 btw. [ Reply | More ]
