np: the bike path by 125th Street might be torn up. You should either scout it or check with the Five Borough Bike Club. They have a web site (5bbc.org I think.) [ Reply | More ]

Except the bridges and Washington/Morningside Heights Manhattan and Brooklyn are flat as a plate. NYC Dept of Parks has a great map of bike trails/routes. The trail around Brooklyn under under the Verazano etc is nice. And it leaves you on the Boardwalk near Manhattan Beach/Coney Island. [ Reply | More ]
