has anyone been kicked out of central park for having a kids picnic without a permit? parks dept said they won't issue a permit as it is less than 30 days to the party. i didn't know i need one. We're having 8 2yos but with parents and occasional sibling it may be just over 20. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]
