Why not? Why do people say "nanny" instead of "sitter"? [ Reply | More ]

OP: "sitter" to me is someone who comes by occasionally at night so you can go out, not someone who cares for your child every day. If you hired a teenager to come over while you went out to dinner, you'd call them the sitter, not the nanny. [ Reply | More ]
