What's the problem with treats and sweets for your children? And dessert only on weekends and special occasions? My kids get plenty of those all the time and they still eat their meals, have good teeth, are of good health, etc. etc. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

i just answered you in the other post. i let dcs have snacks. but if i'm not serving a formal meal, i'm not serving a dessert course with it. and i really didn't like when dc was demanding a dessert course. it doesn't have to be a part of our lifestyle. [ Reply | More ]

I'm the OP of the original post and my kids also get plenty of sugar, believe me. And they have healthy diets otherwise and I never have to beg, plead or otherwise demand that they eat their veggies. [ Reply | More ]
