Chicago.... I know when we first moved to this nbhd, that park was just a park (no playground) and it was like that, but that was 10 years ago.... now, there's another park that's known to be like that,... but, apparently there are 2 houses near the park suspected to be centers of drug activity. this is the 1st i'd heard of that.
