2.5 yo dd is in a daycare/preschool right now- it's home-based, about 20 kids, super cheerful, clean and nice, but not very sophisticated as a 'school'. she got into another school that is much bigger, more sophisticated, but it's not as intimate/personal and it's kind of messy and disorganized (haven't returned my call for a week now), but in our neighborhood (where she'll go to public school). i was planning to switch her to the new one, but now i feel separation anxiety about the one she's in and happy in- her little friends, the known quality [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I'd reevaluate next year. If she's not being challenged at 3.5, then I might move her, or wait for pre-k if your public offers it [ Reply | More ]
