Need rec for a cookbook of quick recipes--30 min tops--that a WOHM can make, nutritious and delicious meals. I really need to make more besides pizza bagels and plain pasta (very sad, I know!). [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

believe it or not, good housekeeping has some of the best and easiest cookbooks. cooking light has another one that has 5 ingredient meals, but i'm not sure how kid friendly it is. [ Reply | More ]

I know she is annoying and gets regularly flamed here, but Rachael Ray's 30 minutes ones are great. She even has one that cooks mostly from the pantry. Express Lane cooking. It's not gourmet by any means, but decent food quickly [ Reply | More ]
