not yet. are you divorced or a lawyer? i am soooooooooo freaked about this. he is out of the country and not paying, to punish me. of course it's the children that are being punished. we are waiting (my lawyer and i) for the judge to come back with a temporary support ruling. and even then if he wants to continue to be a complete jerk he won't pay.
