^^so far it's been pretty manageable with the twins alone and I figure they'll hopefully be potty trained by 3 so maybe things wont be THAT bad [ Reply | More ]

This was me. Twins were 2.5 when the baby was born. I got live in help and I stay at home. It's been great but hectic. I thought one would be a breeze, compared to infant twins but it's been harder since managing toddlers is far more time consuming that a baby who sleeps most of the day. [ Reply | More ]

My oldest was 3.5 when I had my 3rd dc. Get help lined up. As long as you have a babysitter a couple afternoons a week and plan on having groceries delivered and use drugstore.com for toiletries you'll make it through. Really try to have everything setup so you don't need to go to the store ever. And forget about the kids' nutrition for the first year. just feed them what is easiest for you. you can get back to healthy food later. Good luck! [ Reply | More ]

op dumb question here... were you alone the majority of the time with all 3 except for when your babysitter arrived or did the older 2 have school/activities to go to while you managed the baby? If the did have places to go, were you the one taking them? [ Reply | More ]

I say to get a babysitter because I didnt and I think it would have helped a lot. The 3 yo was in preschool 3 mornings a week. Other than that it was just me and the kids. [ Reply | More ]

^^I would highly recommend getting your twins into preschool at least a few mornings a week. They will like having a place to go where they don't have to deal with the baby. [ Reply | More ]

I know someone who had triplets when DD was 18, and she is the calmest person I have ever ever met. She said the first year of all four was mind numbing. GL. [ Reply | More ]

I think th eonly one that does this is the ABC buggy.....you can also look at the Valco (sp)....I believe they have a toddler option...the one that sits on front is more stable. The MBUD was working on one, but might not have it yet. [ Reply | More ]
