Trying a new experiment -- living out of my pantry and fridge. I tend to overbuy food -- have a walk-in pantry and two fridge/freezers packed with food that is just going to waste. Anyone else? I sorted everything, I've been planning meals, etc. Let's see how long this lasts. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Planning meals really helps. I check out what I have, think about what I can make, only buy necessities. [ Reply | More ]

ita. I have an open storage system now so that I can look at and use all the food I am "hoarding." also I find shopping for small amts frequently helps bec I don't stockpile & forget what I have. [ Reply | More ]
