I'd like to take 5 yo and 3 yo for a nature walk over the weekend, weather permitting. any day trips from manhattan to recommend where we don't need a car? I'm thinking a state park or similar near a RR stain? bus station? TIA [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

ny botanical garden is great. right off metro north, 20 min from gct. they have lots of paths near the bronx river, plus they have restaurant, bathroom, kids' stuff, etc. [ Reply | More ]
