Pregnant with my first child - I keep hearing your whole perspective - on life, work, everything - changes once you have the baby. True? I can't imagine it changing that drastically for me. Will I all the sudden not want to work? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

I guess I never loved to work, but I don't think I always thought I was not going to work anymore after having kids. I did work for several years, and then decided to become full-time SAHM. [ Reply | More

THat's just it - you really can't predict how you are going to feel about being a parent/having a kid/working, etc. until it happens. And your emotions will be ALL over the place the first month or two, so don't make any rash decisions. Just try to go with the flow and keep an open mind. [ Reply | More
