my doctor would tell you you are crazy. He believes every kid can do about 7 - 7 and I agree with him. [ Reply | More ]

NP: just curious - how do you do this once they're older? My DS is nearly 3, giving up his nap, and waking up early to boot. I try putting him to be earlier and it's not helping. [ Reply | More ]

at that age, you can start incentivizing them (aka bribing). kids will learn and adjust [ Reply | More ]

get him a clock, tell him he has to stay in bed and read books. when you wake him up, time to get up. leave a sippy cup of water in there or take him to bathroom if potty trained and send back to bed. [ Reply | More ]
