I'm gardening in my building's courtyard. Someone gave me tomato plants, which I was going to put in, except one neighbor asked me if the tomatoes (i.e. edible) would attract rats. Any opinions? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

This is my thought. Actually, my chief objection is to the fact that I'm trying to plant a "formal" (read, flower beds in patterns) garden and people want to grow vegetables. The garden doesn't get enough sun for tomatoes. Oh well. [ Reply | More
