i remember reading at some point that if you want your db to get up later, you have to make bedtime earlier, does that really work? btdt? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

how old is your db? when was bedtime and when did you move it to? how about waketime? my 15mo started waking up at5-5:30 and I don't know what to do to get him to sleep till 6:30-7again. [ Reply | More ]

SO is a bartender and our kids (esp #1) when really young were on a night time schedule. Once he got close to school age we made his bed time earlier and earlier. It took a while for his wake up time to catch up. For a while he was sleeping many more hours than we thought possible in a 4 yo. [ Reply | More ]
