3.5 mo still waking every 3 hrs. i nurse her even though i don't think she's always hungry b/c she only sucks for a little bit. i think it's for soothing and not hunger. should i keep doing this? it's too young to sleep train, right? when can i start? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

We did a combination, but more cio than ferber -- took two nights for each dc. And we were so grateful for the sleep! [ Reply | More ]

and I did not sleep "train" mine and they are champion sleepers now, too. The only "training" we did was to have a consistent bedtime routine. Everything else usually falls into place all on its own (if you give it enough time). [ Reply | More ]
