College summer sitter started last week. She is working 26 hrs per week until school is out. Do I have to pay her for Memorial Day (she is not working)? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

i would think you just pay her for the hours she works...she isn't full time andit doesn't sound like a formal arrangement. if anything, i'd keep it in mind and try to be flexible if she wants to take a day off at some point [ Reply | More ]
