Considering taking 2yo ds to tour ship during Fleet Week. Any BTDT? Was it do-able or a nightmare? And how do you get to Pier 90 w/o stroller or carseat? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

May be on the young side, but he was totally excited to see the pics of the boats online, and it was something to do this weekend. Playing tourist. [ Reply | More ]

That was the other thing under consideration. Just seemed like a good time to take advantage of Fleet Week. But guess I need to reconsider based on his age (I know they don't allow strollers). [ Reply | More ]

2 y/o is too young. These are fully operational warships and far from child-friendly. I wouldn't take a DC younger than 4 or 5 y/o. [ Reply | More ]
