fit/workout moms: i used to be adverse to working out and was a bit skinny fat, then i started working out with a coworker...just to kill stress and got strong and buff, it was great. sadly, i got stuck in a really busy period at work for about 8 months and was really inactive. so, i've reformed my diet and and doing circuit training with a trainer. i have to lose the weight I gained and get strong again. how long to lose 15 pounds/look toned...best case scenario? nothing is guaranteed obviously, but since you WERE in shape at one point, you will get back to speed pretty quickly. - I lost 10 pounds in two months w/o "dieting" and I hadnt been fit in YEARS!! [ Reply | More ]

my diet is pretty good. it was crap when i was really busy but i'm keeping carbs low and getting enough protein and cals...trying to build muscle first so i don't want to restric calories [ Reply | More ]
