Not true - it's about the employer and what they choose to cover. All insurance plans will cover whatever the employer wants and is willing to pay for. [ Reply | More ]

If your employer offers a choice between different plans, call the different insurance providers. There may be one that does. We were able to get multipe cycles covered by switching from one plan to another. [ Reply | More ]
