I'm confused--I know there is UPenn. But is there also a Penn State? I see Penn State University, but I thought there was a Penn State in Philly. Am I wrong? [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

This has to be a troll post. Penn State is a strong public school in central Pennsylvania, with a good football team. Penn (University of Pennsylvania) is a private, Ivy League school founded by Ben Franklin in Philadelphia, and is one of the nation's (or world's) best schools, public or private. [ Reply | More
