lol. i am that op. Have you read the top 100 in ireland for 2005? They also include all of my dcs names (and in the top 10 their are the 6 names posted above too!) you don't know what you are talking about, and honestly, does it matter? [ Reply | More ]

okay. do we comment on Jewish people using hebrew or israeli names? Do we comment on black people using "AA" names? Do we comment on Spanish people who were born in the US who use spanish names? lol. you just don't like Irish people, it clearly bothers you that an irish person uses an irish name for dcs! I don't get what's so strange about an Irish mom picking traditional Irish names. I have an Irish friend (married an Irish-American), and their kids are Seamus, Eilis, and Rory. Goes nicely with their Irish last name, IMO [ Reply | More ]

or- they just don't like that the names happen to be popular. They think every irish name used is only from someone "trying too har" it is ridiculous. when other people of other backgrounds (people born in US) use names from their background, no one sa anything. [ Reply | More ]
