Vomit. Few would agree that they are top schools, though I would agree that they are boarding schools. [ Reply | More ]

I went to boarding school (one of the ones that met your approval), as did my father, sister and brother. Best friend currently teaches at a "tt" boarding school in CT. [ Reply | More ]

Ok. But Loomis is not even close to being TT, no matter what your friend says. [ Reply | More ]

RL doesn't have enough boarders to be considered a boarding school--just a top day school. [ Reply | More ]

Exeter, Andover, St. Paul's, Groton, Lawrenceville are top 5. Rounding out the top 10 are Deefield, Choate, Taft, Miss Porter's, and Peddie. [ Reply | More ]
General Topics 08.07.06, 04:58 PM Flag

Peddie is a really nice boarding school... for stoners who can't get into the really good schools. (Please, I know - my cousin taught there.) [ Reply | More ]
General Topics 08.07.06, 05:02 PM Flag

Lawrenceville isn't top 5. It's below Taft, Middlesex and Loomis. I would plave both Deerfield and Choate higher. Anyone who puts Peddie on a list of top schools loses all credibilty. [ Reply | More ]
