yes, even the FDA changed their stance on this--if pasteurized, it's OK. In other words, no raw milk cheeses. There was an article in the NYT a few months ago on this. [ Reply | Watch | Flag ]

Maybe the books were unclear but my doctor told me almost 12 years ago that pasteurized soft cheese is ok. [ Reply | More ]
